Solar & Storage – GridTec Modular 8 x 8m Exhibition Stand

The background

GridTec, formerly Excalon Energy wanted an engaging and welcoming space at Solar & Storage, inviting clients, new and old, to discuss their turnkey solutions and launch their new name.

With an impressive 8 x 8 stand and 3 open sides we had strict exhibition rules to abide by but effectively a lot of creative licence.

Solution

Using our modular frame-work system we created an engaging back wall which included a large 3M high custom made LED backlit fabric display, printed with an eye catching graphic authentic to the brand. A 65” TV was mounted on the opposite side to display GridTec’s promotional video.

Two half height wall discussion spaces at the front of the stand were constructed using the same aluminium framework, low level sofas and coffee tables finished these spaces.

We built a storage room at the back of the stand to keep the main floor space open, this included a coffee machine and drinks fridge.

A warm wood vinyl was laid over a raised flooring complimenting the trims of the stand design.

More about the stand

AV, aluminium frameworks, kitchenware and furniture is hired to keep clients costs down and be more sustainable.

All brochures, merchandise and sundries were delivered to site by us. Fridges were also stocked as part of the installation process so that the GridTec team could arrive on the day ready to network.

Thanks for everything last week, stand looked brilliant and we got so many great compliments on it. Have you got 15 minutes this week for a quick call to run through some ideas for next year, while they’re still fresh in my mind?
