Elateral – Modular Exhibition for Restaurant & Bar Tech Live
The background
Elateral found us online and had strong ideas as to what they wanted to achieve on their stand at Restaurant and Bar Tech Live at ExCel.
It was important for them to demo their online product, Brandgility, which is used by remote marketers to access branded templates and create brand approved campaigns from wherever they are. They also needed a space to meet with visitors away from the hustle and bustle of the demo spaces of the stand.
“We were fairly new to shows and exhibitions and Advance Digital Graphics made all the difference to how well our show went, as they gave us great advice throughout the whole process. The designs were excellent and they were very flexible with changes, offering ideas and advice on how to get what we needed in the best way. We ended up with a booth that was exactly what we wanted and that functioned well.”
The solution
A combination of meeting spaces and live demos formed the 6×3 stand, open on three sides for maximum access and visibility by visitors at the show.
Screens either played demo presentations or were connected to a laptop to provide live demonstration of the product. The laptop was located on an integrated desk at the back of the stand, situated behind a branded counter. This came complete with colour matched top and storage for giveaways, literature and the staff’s personal items.
For the all-important meetings, an intimate space was created using an archway featuring integrated lighting and comfortable furniture to create the feel of a peaceful semi-private area.
The overall stand was 3.5m high which included a curved branded header to ensure the stand could be seen from multiple aspects of the hall.
Because there was so much content and activity on the display screens, we kept the messages limited to ‘Brand Name’, ‘Product Name’, a Logo and ‘key benefits’.

They took advantage of our Exhibition Management Service, allowing us to fully support them by liaising with the exhibition organiser regarding services, admin, build and breakdown, as Claire explains:

During the event, we visited Elateral to see how it was going for them, ensuring everything was running smoothly and providing an opportunity for feedback, which was very positive.
